- Assisting new and existing customers through the education and sales process
- Meet and exceed both personal and assigned sales goals
- Sell all products and services offered by the company
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale such as completing customer contracts and warranties,
- Pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing the completed orders
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Leader regarding local competition and product/service needs
- Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company
- Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
- Perform other duties as assigned by sales management
- Participate as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
- Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others
- Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Sales and or customer facing experience required, preferably in a Wireless industry: 1 year
- Ability to operate all office and wireless equipment pertinent to the position
- Available 25-40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate clear communication in listening, writing, and speaking
- Consistently demonstrate a commitment to Smart Touch Wireless LLC policies and procedures,
- including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities
